5 fun facts about me:

• I am a proud Army veteran
• I enjoy having short hair. For years I thought I wanted long luxurious hair but after I cut it the first time I couldn’t go back. Short hair is so much easier for my life.
• I enjoy cycling, watching baking shows, wreath making and spending quality time with my family
• I grew up in Fredericksburg, VA. If you don’t know where that it, it is right in the middle of Richmond, VA and Washington DC.
• I am an only child.

This is me and my hubby, Corey back in 2013. Goodness we were so young. We met in college through a mutual friend. My hubs is the best.

I first began journaling in elementary school after watching Harriet the Spy.  I haven’t stopped since because it has become very therapeutic. This is the first time I’ve actually decided to share my life and thoughts with the world. I hope that my writings inspire and bless others.
